While I normally don’t write review, I had to make an exception for Sarita Holidays. They have been the best tour operators we have went with, by far. Our tour plan went for a toss when flights to Pokhara were cancelled due to low visibility. But, the team at Sarita holidays ensured alternate arrangements were made quickly. They were also very co-operative with our asks and ensured we had a good time.
Laxman, in particular, was simply amazing with his deep historical knowledge of Nepal. Never to shy away from indulging us, his explanations and stories made the places we visited that much more interesting to explore. To top that off, he was extremely helpful in every which way possible: right from hand-holding our aged parents to helping with ad-hoc asks from our kids. It was clear that he and the team at Sarita holidays (we did meet Sunhil when we had to change our plan) care about their customers and don’t shy away from going the extra mile. I entirely intend to return to explore the more adventurous part of Nepal with the team from Sarita.
